RENTAL RATES

Rental Rates Range from $220 Per Night to $450 Per Night
All rentals are subject to a standard $100 sanitation fee; this covers essential services like propane, toilet paper, chemicals, dumping and recharging of holding tanks, and all necessary external cleaning and maintenance.

Reservation and Cancellation Policy

To secure your RV reservation, a $300 payment is required to hold the unit, which will be applied directly to your total rental fee.

All Reservations online will require payment in FULL

Cancellation Policy:

  • Standard Cancellations: Should you need to cancel your reservation, the $300 payment is non-refundable. However, this payment will remain on your account as a credit that can be used toward a future rental within a maximum of 365 days (one year) and may be transferred to another person.

  • Holiday Weekends: Cancellations for holiday weekends are not accepted at any time and will result in the forfeiture of the entire payment. NO EXCEPTIONS.
